Dears

1-when HR administartor make termination for employee he should copy IT000&IT0001 or he should delmit IT0000&IT0001 if delmit there is error appear to him!!!

2- if employee terminated i have to change his position to default position?(999999999)

3- if yes what about if he terminated in the middle of the month then i changed the position in the middle of the month to default then post to finance is there any error will appear?

4-if he terminated in the middle of the month i have to changed the payroll area from salried for examplee to DUMMY at the first of the next month?

can any body explain to me exactally what should HR administrator do to make termination for employee in the middle of the month?

Hi Raul,

IT0000 and 0001 will not be delimited. Only current IT000 employment status of active will be dlimited and new action status of terminated will be assigned to the employee. you can not delimit the infotype 0000 as it has time constraint 1. Meanwhile infact you don't need to do that as once employee status will be changed from active to terminated (Employment status 3 to 0), emp will not be considered for the any further payroll activities like payroll run or any other.

Hence just assign terminated status to the employee and system will take care of everything.
