How can I archive/delete the message in service desk.
I went to SARA trxn, entered CRM_SERORD and press Enter,
Click on Actions : Preproc and press enter,
click on the Maintain variant button
and give name of the variant : ZVARIANT and press Create
Give the Transaction Type as SLFN
and first select the Processing option as Test mode and later it can changed to Production mode.
But how do i schedule the job from this screen... or if iam creating it from sm37 wat will be the job name. ?
