Basic example of IC WebClient

Hello Experts,

I am working on CRM6.0 , I would like a simple example of modifying input field,or adding

button in UI, it will be great if somebody can provide me with the steps ,i do have

'IC_WebClient_Cookbook_CRM50_290306' but most of the steps i am not able to follow.
