Not able to use Monitoring tool in the java stack

Hi,

I am using IE8, when i use the link http://<host>:<port>/rwb/index.jsp, then the push button Display under the component monitoring tab appears as a link, and dosent move forward or respond even if clicked on the link, but the same is working on other systems in the same network, can some one suggest what needs to be done, i tried using Mozilla, Netscape, but getting the same problem .
