Business Partner Replication From C4C to S/4Hana using CPI Error

Hi Expert,

I am having trouble integrating C4C with S4 using CPI.

When I create a customer in c4c, the data is synchronized to S4 via CPI, but the error ID of the local system cannot be determined is reported in SOAMANAGER

How can I solve this problem? What configuration did I miss?
