AJAB - asset year close

Dear Experts,

In AJAB i am trying to close the 2008 asset year it is stating in one log for one asset depreciation is not posted completely. please help how to do and 2007 is already closed. 2008 and 2009 are opened i want to close 2008 for the purpose i want to preprare a training manaul how to proceed. Please help me
