Property Owner is not available for Database

I want to Increase the Size of a Database using SQL Server Management Studio,but when i am connecting using the windows authendication ,

I am getting this error

Property Owner is not available for Database

while selecting the properties of one database.

Property Owner is not available for Database '[TEST]'. This property may not exist for this object, or may not be retrievable due to insufficient access rights.  (Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo).

Note : It seems in previous the client has changed the domain name.

Please guide me to solve this.

"changing" a domain name does not work and is not allowed if you run SAP instances:
