Travel mode of Employee groups in travel Management- intreseing

Hi Experts,

Where do i specify Employee grouping for entitlement n Travel Management?

For Ex:Vice President will be eligible for travl mode by air(Business Class)

Manager will be eligble for travel mode train(AC Train)

where do i have to configure this mode of travel,class of travel and hotel accomadation against employees? Pleas help me on this.
