Hi,

While making GRN stock should go to Un-restricted and inspection lot should generate for 01 inspection type.How to address this.

Hi,

You need to remeove tick mark for Post to inspection stock in Quality management view of material master for inspection type 01.

Then when you do GR, lot will be created & stock will be directly posted to unrest. use.

Dear Selva

Remove the tick of post to inspection stock in 01 inspection. when GRN is done stock will move to unrestricted and you will get a lot also

whenever lot GR is made & Inspection type 01 is active in QM view then lot will come to Quality Stock for Inspection(QI stock)

that means Material will not move to unrestricted.

1.What you can do is Use DMR for this matrial through Vendor material combination in task list.

2.In QM view Maintain Skip alloed & Auto UD

3.in QM10 create a varient & schedule it 1 mins inSM37

4.At plant level setting maintain 1 min

When inspection lot will be genrated ..it will come to QLTY STOCk & then after 1 min it will move to unrestricted.

This will solve your perpose.
