Hi, How to estimate and generate actual consumption of diesel , electricity etc in plant maintenance?

Hi ,

To estimate actual consumption of diesel , electricity you have to generate the Measuring points

for every equipment foe that click on Measuring point tab in Equipmqnt master.

Create the Measuring point same as the Measuring Position which you created in SPRO

Mark as a counter then go to the Tcode IFCU and enter the reading of diesel/electricity

consumed.while doing that you select the Gas station in IFCU.

you can get the report equipment wise consumption in IK17

This is possible through IK01.

Enter Equipment (say lift) in IK01 & Tick on Counter.

Enter char (say Deisel cosumption)

Now go to IK11.

Cerate a daily document for the meter reading.

for a month suppose 30 documents will be created.

No of units X Rupee will give you cosumption.

same is for electricity.

This will solve your problem.
