How to upload a CSV file in the HANA backend using a program without the using front-end?

How to upload a CSV file in the HANA backend using a program without using front-end? The excel should be converted to a JSON structure for further processing.

Is this requirement possible through XSJS library or service?

as far as converting it to JSON... i believe you can do that from HANA 2 (in the db itself)
