Clearing PCD Cache

I set my iviews

Cache LEvel to Shared

and my

Validity Period to hr 0 min 0 sec 0 msec -1

Therefore it never expires. However, when I make changes I need to remove the PCD cache and reset it.

I'm wondering if this is the correct procedure for this activity:

Sys Admin -> Support -> Support Desk - > PCD Administration -> Release Cache

I'm in a Prod -> Consumer Federated environment so I need to perform this on the Producer, correct?
