Format in the cells of Excel

Hi everybody:

I have a several xlf files with their swf, but recently my computer crash and I had to install all again. I have crystal xcelsius 2008 SP1, FP1 and FP2, but now, when I opening my xlf files and I run them, the formats in my cells has been changed... for example... before my format of a number was 1,240.55 and now seems 1.240,5500.

I,m using the function decimal of excel but now left work.

Please.. help me
