Impact of Distibution cycle on Actual Activity Rates

Hi all,

I have distribution cycle as well as assessment cycle.

When I run the KSII transaction, the system is considering the costs captured on the receiver prod cost centers from the assessment cycle as Fixed Costs and is distributing equally within all activities for the particular prod cost center.

However, system is not considering costs captured against the the receiver prod cost centers from distribution cycle. Niether as Fixed cost nor as Variable cost.

Please suggest.
