HTTP 500 error on Web IDE

Yesterday due to some mistake I disabled my cloud foundry, due to which my space quota also deleted. To recover those I deleted my subaccount and created a new one, but it doesn't solve the problem. So I deleted my neo account also and created a new one, but it also created some problems.

Now my storage quota is zero, I am not able to open my Web IDE it shows some HTTP 500 error, and all the subscriptions I have also lost. I did search for the HTTP error in the portal, the mentioned solution is to set the value of configuration type to Default in Trust Section. But the problem is, it is already set to Default and still my IDE doesn't open. So is there a way to reset my trial account from the default setting, then I can access the IDE and other services easily.
