u201CForm of addressu201D and u201C Telephone 1u201D are disabled in XK01

Hi,

While creating vendor master in XK01. In u201C Contact person Screen u201C field for u201CForm of addressu201D and u201C Telephone 1u201D are disabled. How to make them enable.

I tried in u201CDefine Screen Layout per Activity (Vendors)u201D in u201CCreate vendor (Purchasing)u201D..

There I got only field for contact person and in that u201C Form of addressu201D and u201C Telephone 1u201D fields are not incorporated.

How to make them enable?
