Different background colors for Caption and Value

Hi all,

How to give different background colors for Caption and Value parts of a Text Field or any other such type of fields?

I used a workaround, using a Static Text field for Caption, and Text field(without caption) for field part. The problem here is when the Text field is set to Allow for multiple lines, the height of the Text field adjusts at run time, but the height of the Static Text field(used as Caption) remains same, which doesn't look nice. I tried to get the height of the Text field, and set to the height of the Static Text field(used as Caption), but the height returned is always '0'.

Anyone help me on this please.
