SAP HCM Doubt

HI all,

I am having 7 years of experience in IT recruitment. I want to broaden my field and don't want to waste my 7 years of experience. My highest degree of qualification is MBA in HR and Marketing.

So Kindly guide me which course in SAP should I pursue for the above criteria. Do I have to do any SAP certification and if so,whether my experience will be counted.
