quotation release strategy in sd?

Dear SD experts,

we have confirgured the quotation process settings in sd and using the same.

we have a requirement of quotation release strategy before the quotation submitted to customer.

(similar to pr/po release strategy)

pl let us know whether the same possible in sd or not.
