Fund Center / Fund / Commitment Item --> FM master data for Budget control.
If there are yearly budgets it would be checked the balance.
But if thereu2019s no budget, the availability control doesnu2019t work. It should be checked.
--> It is possible to create FI / MM documents without budget.

Fund: 1000
Commitment Item: 4234
Yearly budget: 350,000$
--> If I create 400,000$ FI document, show an error message.
Fund Center: 110000
Fund: 2000
Commitment Item: 4234
Yearly budget: no budget
--> If I create 400,000$ FI document, no error.
Please, tell me the correct setting or answer.
