Sending the spool output as excel.

I have a customised report, which creates a spool output. My requirement is to send that output in mail.

Can I do some setting changes, so that whenever spool is generated, the same is sent as mail, to a perticular requirement.

PS: My requirement is to achive this through setting changes(may be scott setting changes) and not through coding.
