Workflow xxxx set to status ERROR


Hie Gurus

I am having a problem, when i send documents they are getting to the recipients but when they try to confirm receipt there is no message coming to me the initiator of the message showing that the it has been confirmed, instead, i am getting an error message in my inbox. The mail is as below:

Workflow 1092 set to status ERROR

Can anyone help me pliz. I have been getting different kinds of errors in my inbox and i think this is caused by the fact that i am the one who did initial customization of workflow.
