Discrepancy between User Analysis Management Report Vs Risk analysis in Access Management

Hello Experts,

Can anyone please explain why user on analysis management report and risk analysis in access management didn't match ?

Here are the steps I followed to update the management reports :

1. Full sync for Role / user / profile

2. Run batch risk analysis (user level)

Here the scenario I try :

*User ID AFFANH, I try run risk analysis (left) and compare with the report (right)

The result is, I see user ID AFFANH have violation S014 on risk analysis (Left), but when I compare with report. User ID AFFANH doesn't have violation S014.

But, when I try with risk S020. User ID AFFANDH have violation in both risk analysis and report.

Please let me know any solution to my issue.

What SP level you are on?Check the following SAP notes if they are applicable to your system.

2619454 - 'User Analysis' dashboard report was showing incorrect count in the drilldown of "no violations"

2472125 - User Analysis and Risk Violation reports do not consider the selected User group

2412512 - Drilldown in dashboards are blank

Thank you for your respond. Currently I'm on SAP GRC 10.0 (SP level 26).

Thank you for your sugestion but I still have some problem with risk violation dashboard.

There is still different result on dashboard and risk analysis. When I run risk analysis is still shown no violation, but on the report it shown violation.

on my dashboard all mitigated risk still shown. On my previous SP level all mitigated risk not shown on Risk analysis dashboard.

I want all mitigated risk not shown on risk analysis dashboard.

Is there any workaround for this ?
