Brbackup offline backup failed!!!

Hi Gurus,

We have SAP ECC 6.0 system in Windows 2003 server with oracle 10.2g Database.

We have schedule 'Redo log backup' and 'Whole Database offline backup+Redo log' which were running fine but suddenly one day it got an error

Both the backup got failed:

After this backup failure, system remains down and we need to manually start the system.

Could anyone please suggest what needs to be done in order to avoid the error.
