Bonus Calculation

Hi All,

My client want to have bonus calculation on constant figure, ( 20% of 3500) monthly.

And it has to be prorate basis. suppose if an employee is is absent 1 day in a month, so the calculation should be (350029/30= 3383.33) so bonus has to be calculated on 3383.3320/100.

please give your input.
