RG23 D Problem in Extraction & Print Utility

Dear Gurus,

We are Facing problem in Extraction(J2I5) & Print Utility(J2I6) of RG23 D Register,

We already assigned RG23 D form for company code & the Updation of RG23 D Register also done

from MIGO & J1IJ ,

And Even system is showing stock in J1IDEPOTSTOCK1 in Respective plant,

Please let US know if any thing missing from Ourside,

Yes I mean RG23 D only,

And Please let me know how to Upload RG23 D opening balance before Go-Live,

Please provide me any document for this,

& Other Excise Open Item Step for Upload before Go-Live,

Hi Sai,

1.If your all settings for RG23D has been done and you are not able to get print, then please check u201CCommunicationu201D at your Plant & Company Code level.

To check this you have to go to Enterprise Structure -> Define -> Logistic General -> Define Plant, under that click u201CAddressu201D button (on top right side) and maintain Communication u2013Language as u201CEnglishu201D (or as per your preference). And do same step for Company Code level also and maintain u201CCommunication u2013 Languageu201D under u201CAddressu201D button.

2.For Excise Open Item, I am not sure but you can check in u201CSAP Best Practiceu201D for [104: Materials Management|http://help.sap.com/bp_bl603/BBLibrary/HTML/104_EN_IN.htm] and check Section 9 (Tax on Goods Movement-India, page 137). Check your required settings for the same. I hope it will help you.
