Accessing BP Activities much slower in v2007A vs. v2005A

I've got a client who reports that since upgrading to 2007A (PL 46), looking up Activities takes much longer than in 2005A. I'm talking specifically about the activity buttons on the BP master window.

Anybody else getting this comment?

TIA

    Hi,

It is probably bugs in the localization you are using. what localization is it ?

I have checked in PL46 here (Australian Localization), but it is not happened.

I am also afraid about the addon or FMS there. Is it applied in the activities form ?

    Rgds,

    Hi Cindy,

Yes, one of my clients uses Activities very heavily and they are suffering from slow access to activities, the application freezing and every now and then the application shutting down.

There certainly seems to be a problem relating to Activities, the client is getting annoyed with this, as everytime we log it with SAP support, they ask for the SQL trace log of that time, we upload that in a container and hear nothing back. Then when it happens again, we get asked to go through the same process but never get a satisfactory response.

They are on SAP B1 2007A PL47 UK localisation.

If SAP do come up with a resolution, I'll update your message,

    Regards,

    Adrian
