Single Sign On 3.0 by SAP

In this document : SSO 3.0, SAP mentioned there is two product which parked under the Secure Access umbrella:

- SAP Single Sign On

- SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authenfication

1) May I know what is the differences between these two products ?

2) Given a customer has only purchase SAP Single Sign On 3.0, can the customer still setup Single Sign On with the SAP's Cloud Products like Success Factor, IBP, Concur ?

( e.g. after login to the laptop, when the user click on the Success Factor page - it will not prompt for password as it has been authenticated when login into the laptop )

Appreciate if you can share with me some info about this.
