We have the below issue in our Production System, Could you please let me know your inputs/suggestions?

Received XI System Error. ErrorCode: DUPLICATE_DETECTED ErrorText: null ErrorStack: Message ID 8DB412ECA1F211E8B77F0000004AADC6 already exists in called system (pipeline CENTRAL PIP ( 300 ) VS-SAPPIP01_PIP_00 ( 10.101.2.88 ) VS-SAPPIP01.AD.VETTER-GROUP.DE)

The Issue has been resolved after doing the complete Reboot of the System (Instance,DB) and increasing the table space for PSAPSR3 table.
