Dear all

iam facing problem in education IT i have 3000 employee and i have to fill out education for those employee but i must to do that from configuration!!!! then there is no report if i need to know education for some employee

You can use LSMW to upload the same. using configuration you cannot enter master data into System

if i want to define education i have to do it from spro and define institute and define course..... there are another way?

Ok you mean the list of education details (configurations) are many . Still you can use LSMW and can transport the same to Quality. Check with your ABAPer. there are 2-3 versions of LSMWs and we can enter the config data also through LSMW and transport the same.

thank you for your reply but i think you didnt get my point i assume i hired new employee this employee educated from hamporg university how can i record this in sytem i should first define hamporg university first in spro then enter education IT then chose hamporg univeresty right?

you can use LSMW for both config in Spro and also data in infotype. At both the places LSMW can be used

The standard report for employee education details is S_PH9_46000224 (this is the tcode of the report).
