Org Structure

I am establishing an org structure for assigning crews to vessels. If I establish that each vessel has all defined positions assigned to it.

Can I make the org structure dynamic?

1. Assign multiple people to a single position?

2. Leave some positions unfilled?

When running the payroll for this vessel will I get errors with this schema?
