MRP Element in MD04

Hi All,

When in MD04, the MRP element corresponding to delivery is displayed as a line with the quantity, but no delivery number is displayed. Also, when we double click on the line, we can not access the delivery (not even for display by clicking on the glasses icon) and get the error message " Selected function cannot be used for the element" with error code Message no. 61111.

If we try the same with a Shipping notification element, it works perfectly fine, and we can go to the Purchase Order directly from MD04.

How can we set MD04 so that we can see the delivery number (At least), or ideally be able to access it by double clicking from the line?

Hi,

Actually I found out. The ATP Check we are using is defined as Collective in customizing transaction OVZ2, meaning that all the Sales Orders and Deliveries of a Day will be grouped into one line in MD04, and SAP will not display the data of the element.

The solution is to use for the article a Individual ATP Check, so that each single Delivery and Sales Order will create a new line with the delivery number. This means that in OVZ2, the ATO Check should have value "A" for Total Sales Column and Total Deliveries Requirements.

Hi,

Is it inbound delivery / outbound / return? Does the delivery exist at all? If yes, please check its status in VL03N / VL33N.

Some OSS notes: 549752, 987077, 544896, 491785.

So, please check what is the real situation, search for OSS notes based on your symptomps.

So, I don't know the answer...but my opinion is, if there's no OSS note / or reason for this (behaviour), you have to contact SAP AG (or you get better advice on the forum...).
