is it possible to remove cost element relation on production order?

hi experts,

when i run transaction KKAX i received error message: There are values for cost element 32007050 that are not assigned to any line ID. I checked the order and there was goods issue made against the order and the cost element combination. The said cost element was not supposed to be use for this. Would it be possible to remove it's relationship so that i can close the order?
