P0001_AF OMNGR_NR & OMNGR_NA value showing wrong in PA20 screen

Hello Experts,

Need your advice on the issue where In PA20/30 screen we have OMNGR_NR & OMNGR_NA values (P0001_AF) showing , we are facing issue that for few employees this value is showing wrong howevre when we check org data its correct.

Please guide what steps should be taken as issue is not for all ,so that correct data is reflected.

As per my understanding based on referring some documents, if chief position is blank for any org.unit, the screen will show the next level manager's name as chief in this PA20 screen. Is your situation similar to this?
