MS SQL2003 SP3/4 Jobstatus problem

Hello,

I got a problem during my Database instance installation:

The installation failed about 91% cause the installation tries to start the job "RFCRSWBOINI" -

I looked for this job on the central instance and the job-status is "ready" but its not starting.

So I try to create another standart job and its the same problem: jobs are not getting from status:ready to active. I patched to SQL2003 SP/4- buts the same problem.

Anyone an idea?
