Services for Object and Content server

Dear Members

I have the following requirement, When user is attaching document in ME23N tcode before the document gets posted in content server i would like to do some manipulations like who is the user trying to post the document. Can someone please let me know how to do it. Like do we have any customer exits or BADIs for achieving the above requirement.
