SAP Crystal Addon - error 80040154

Hi,

Please Help on how to resolved this issue. We install Crystal Integrator 2 to SAP as an Addon then when running it gave an error message. See below message:

"Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {3EBB78859-E4E3-4D77-B673-C6E5AD529CC1} failed due to the following error: 80040154.

is this a server deployment or a client deployment ?

what else did you install ? which versions ?

Hi Ingo,

This is a Client/Workstation deployment. I have installed the following:

1. SAP_CR v.2.0.0.7 - SAPCrystalSetup.exe

2. DotNetFramework_3.5

3. Crystal_2008_runtime_exe - CRRuntime_12_0_mlb.exe

4. SAPCrystalSourceCodeSetup.exe

I dont know what else to do on this error. I have uninstall and reinstall this installation and still the same. I also tried to run the updates of the OS and still the same problem. I have tried to install this in a Vista Workstation and it did not occur the problem, so I guess either I have missed something or there is a missing component in XPPRO.

Please Help.

don't know the product. this forum is for the BusinessObjects Integration Kit with SAP.

Yes it is a product of Business Object an add-on to SAPB1.

then I would ask you to post it in the BusinessOne forum. This forum is for the BusinessObjects Integration for SAP Solutions product - which is for ERP and BW - not for BusinessOne
