Warranty notes in Registered Products in C4C

Hello All,

I need to read the notes from the Warranty and display it in the Registered product details.

Currently, Only Warranty Description, Start and End date is displayed in the Registered product details.

Could anyone please suggest how to proceed.

Hello Rikita,

Not all the standard fields from master data are determine in other documents.

In your case : While creation of New Registered Product, based on Reference Date of Registered Product - it will have the Start Date.

Base on the duration of 'Warranty' used in Registered Product - It will consider the End Date.

There is no standard field of Warranty Note available in the New Registered Product screen.Maybe you can create your own KUT 'Note field' to explicitly maintain the note of your Warranty .
