PR release stratetgies

I have created PR release by using "PR doc type", "PR total value", "Created by User" and "Requisition date" as characteristics. The Release strategy tab disappeared when PR was create by USER1 but it was change by adding item by USER2. I understand that the PR doc. has 2 users created which made program determining "Created by User" as BLANK. How can i fixed this problem?

Hi,

In CL20N enter the users in classification data properly for that strategy.

Release strategy tab appears only if all the conditions are met as defined during configuration of release procedure

Hi,

For user1 the release tab is getting disappeared, because may be none of the release strategy satisfy the required charecteristic. For an example: none of the release strategy does contain your USER1

Ensure that USER1 is enetered in the classification tab agianst your characteristic.
