Text field in purchase order

Hi all,

At the time of Purchase order creation through ME21N the text field at the header level will be open.

As soon as the purchase order is released it becomes gray(dont allow the user to enter the text).

But my requirement is to show that text field open even after the release (till the last approval).

Can anybody help me to do so...............?
