Prospect Accounts in C4C integration to yM

Hello Experts,

We are having Prospects account(Customers) in C4C. We need to create them as corporate accounts with Prospect role.

Will this be possible?

Hi Kunal,

My client will be creating some prospect in C4C. For few days it will be left over for some verification process. During this time we want to send them some campaigns.

Therefore i want to segment those customers by prospect. I want to know if there is any field in yM which stores a role of the contact? I mean if it is a prospect or a customer in another system?

Hi Mayank,

please find below the two fields which flags the interaction contact as a contact (B2B case) or consumer (B2C case). If none of them is flagged Marketing shows it as a prospect.
