no conection to database

i was un able to start my SAP ECC6.0 server.

I have started the SAP Management Console, and when i am trying to logging into the server, it is giving the message as,

" No Connection to database, session terminated".

$ lsnrctl start

go to sql prompt

sql>startup

If still giving same message then check log if user acccount lock then

read SNote 361641

Hi

make sure that your database is started

execute R3trans -d and check the connection and make sure that all the Oracle services are up and running

One possible reason "Ora - 28000 Account is locked"

Login with sidadm

Go to command prompt and execute R3trans -d then check the trans.log file.
