Hi,

I am in SRM_SERVER 5 (SRM 4) SP 14.

I have dome my standard templates without problems, but when I try to change I get this error when I go to transaction BBPSC06 (with same user).

Error in system; shopping cart cannot be processed further

does anybody know why is appearing this error?

In order to change public templates you should use BBPSC04, instead

of BBPSC06.

Only the user who has created the public template should be able to

change the template via transaction BBPSC04.

Yes,

He is a purchaser and I had tried with several of the roles.

But the transaction BBPSC06 doesn't work, so I will use an alternative.
