On the usage of the Attribute u201CService Ticket/Order Tracking Textu201D in mail forms to populate the service ticket tracking id in the email response, is it possible to localize (get the word in any language) the word u201CTicketnou201D in the tracking text.
Can someone let me know where this word "ticketno" is stored in the system? Is it picked up form a table or it is hardcoded.
