Hi,

There is a requirement to provide link to user manual on web ui.

Where to upload this user manula and how to get the url for this user manual dynamically?

Please Advice.

You can publish that manual to any URL you like. Then you can create call to this url via transaction launcher. And then you can include this URL to CRM WEB UI. How to use transaction launcher look at this nice blogs:
