BI broadcasting Advanced featres

Hello SAP Experts!

I am trying to broadcast using the option: Broadcast by exception. But i am not getting any advanced braodcasting options. As i am running SAP demo IDES version with the patch 9. Kindly, help us whether the patch level that we have will support our requirement.

Hi Vanitha,

What advanced options you are expecting.

Open Query in QD->Execute->Invoke BEx Broadcaster->Click "Create New Settings"->Select Distribution Type as "Broadcast According to Exceptions" and Output Format as "Exception"

Under "Exception Distribution" tab,set Broadcast to Email.You will get the Exception defined the drop down "Selection Criterien" and then Execute
