BI broadcasting Advanced featres

Hello SAP Experts!

I am trying to broadcast using the option: Broadcast by exception. But i am not getting any advanced braodcasting options. As i am running SAP demo IDES version with the patch 9. Kindly, help us whether the patch level that we have will support our requirement.
