Easiest way to sharing objects with other users

Hi All,

I am looking for the easiest way to share any kind of objects with another user. For example, I create an advanced macro in APO-DP, and want another user have a look at it. Copying the keys of the macro in an email is rather inefficient, while setting up a workflow for this simple aim seems too complicated... Not to say next time I may want to share a report instead of a macro...

Any idea how to do it?
