webservice does not show up in WS admin screen

Hi All

I have created a webservice and i was trying to access through WS admin it does not show up in that list although its available in SE80 and WSCONFIG tcode . I have created the webservice in development client (80) wanted to test in testing client (20) in development client it shows up in WSADMIN tcode bt in testing client it does not .

Help me to resolve this issue .
