Hi Experts,
While Creating email forms in ERMS (SAP CRM 2007, WEB UI) we have an option to Insert Attributes. When I click on the Attribute button, I get a pop-up screen to select attributes. We can select the respective attribute by selecting the options under Attribute Category dropdown.
How can we set these attributes in SPRO settings? Currently in the system I am not able to see the attribute u201CService Ticket/Order Tracking Textu201D. Ideally it should have been in the additional fields, which is empty as of now.
