Purchase Value & Qty thro' 501 mvmt type

Dear All,

where can i get the Total value of Purchased material of 1 month thro' 501 mvmvt type ? And also a report of Vendor wise purchased qty in 1 month ?

Try this report

T_code: S_P00_07000139 - Stock Card Report , select material , plant & Display stock movement by plant (with amount)

else use MB51- movement type 501 and posting date as month date range.

MC$4 - Purchasing Values by Vendor

But my reqmt is for material 'M' i want to know how much of qty i have recvd thro' 501 mvmvt type from X vendor in May month. & Along with Value also. Can i get that report SAP, pls

Hi,

In MB51, use material, vendor in selection screen, posting date as 01.05.09 to 31.05.09, on next screen, click on Detail List button (CtrlShiftF12), u can choose ur layout including by Amount in LC field.

In MB51 you can give material , vendor and month(as date range i.e. 01.05.2009 to 31.05.2009 in posting date field) . if you want more fields in the report , goto "change layout" and select fields you requie.

use MB51 and enter material (s) and / or plant (s)

enter Movement type=501 and posting date (you can give date range)

and execute.

In that if you want more fileds go to "change layout" and select more filelds

Use MB51 for movement type 501 for the particular period
